Faye Sullivan, RN

Faye Sullivan is a registerd nurse with more than 30 years of experience in various healthcare settings. Faye started her career in emergency nursing, and it was in this setting that her first leadership roles occurred. Faye has led teams delivering high quality care for patients across a broad spectrum, ranging from outpatient clinics to ICUs. Additionally, she has led teams to drive significant financial and operational results through systems redesign and system integration efforts. Faye’s varied background provides a sound foundation for her current passion of ensuring that leaders have the knowledge, skills and ability to achieve their goals.

Professional Experience

While serving as director of service excellence, her previous organization moved inpatient satisfaction scores from the 50th to the 93rd percentile, emergency services scores from 8th to the 99th percentile and ambulatory surgery from the 21st to the 86th percentile. Results were sustained for over four years when she was invited to join Studer Group.
