Since 1924, St. David's Medical Center has provided quality medical care to the residents of Central Texas. Comprised of St. David’s Hospital, with 433 licensed beds, and St. David’s Rehabilitation Center, consisting of 64 licensed beds, St. David's Medical Center provides numerous comprehensive clinical services. St. David’s Medical Center is a Primary Stroke Center and a Certified Chest Pain Center as well as a Bariatric Center of Excellence. We also have the largest Level III Neonatal Intensive Care unit in Central Texas and are the second hospital in the nation to have both a Hanson Robot and Stereotaxis capabilities making St. David’s Medical Center a leader in Electrophysiology Services. The medical staff at St. David’s Medical Center has grown to more than 1,600 physicians representing a broad range of specialties.
