Three Rivers Health is a non-profit community hospital serving the citizens of Three Rivers and the surrounding communities. The hospital consists of 60 licensed beds and offers a full complement of outpatient services. Areas of specialization include cardiac services, emergency medicine, women's health, and rehabilitation services. Since partnering with Studer Group, Three Rivers Health has made excellent progress with increasing HCAHPS results with focused attention on the Must Haves through Evidence-Based LeadershipSM, especially in the areas of Hourly Rounding®, Bedside Shift ReportSM, and Nurse Leader Rounding. This work has resulted in significant percentile rank improvement in the doctor communication, nurse communication, and discharge information domains. Beyond this, 6 of 8 HCAHPS composites have improved 10 or more percentile points from 3Q15 to 3Q16. Three Rivers Health has also observed a 2% increase in growth centered around their orthopedics, OB, wound care, and rehabilitation service lines.
