Dale Medical Center is an eighty nine (89) bed rural acute care community hospital that also provides 24 hour Emergency Room service in Ozark Alabama. Since its inception in 1952, Dale Medical Center has grown from being just an acute care hospital to include an Ambulatory Surgery Center, STATMED Urgent Care Clinic, Therapy Plus Outpatient Rehab, Community Hospice, Home Health Agency, multiple physician practices, and a 25 bed Geriatric and Adult Behavioral Health Unit.

Castle Medical Center, a 160-bed acute care hospital located on the Windward side of the island of O'ahu in Hawaii was founded 50 years ago through the combined efforts of local community members, dedicated physicians, benefactors and the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Since its inception Castle Medical Center has been a part of Adventist Health, a Roseville CA based not-for-profit regional delivery network based in four western states. The system includes 19 hospitals as well as numerous clinics and home care agencies. Today, Castle Medical Center is recognized as the key provider of health care services for the Windward O'ahu communities.

Wilson Medical Center is a private, not-for-profit medical center that has served the Wilson community for nearly 50 years. WMC offers general medical, surgical and obstetrical care. Our focus is on cardiology, oncology and orthopedic services, as well as hospital-based physician practices in both specialty areas of medicine and general practice. Founded in 1928 by Dr. William West, Cox Monett Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital (CAH) located in southwest Missouri. Cox Monett is part of CoxHealth—the region’s only locally-owned not-for-profit health system based in Springfield, Missouri, which includes five hospitals and more than 80 clinics in 25 communities.   Cox Monett offers primary and specialty medical services, 24-hour ER, women’s health, rehab and sports medicine, surgical services, wellness and fitness classes, sleep center and diabetes education.

At Arnprior Regional Health we believe in doing the right thing, at the right time, in the right way, for the right person, and achieving the best possible results. We don’t just want to give great care - we want to give excellent care and we know we are on the right path by what our patients are saying about us. Using tools such as nurse leader rounding and post discharge phone calls helped to ease patient anxiety and prevent readmission to hospital.  In June 2011, ARH started to perform post discharge phone calls on patients discharged from our inpatient unit.  Today, more than 80 percent of the patients discharged each month are contacted. We introduced this tactic with an aim of reducing our readmission rates. We know that if a patient has a follow up doctor’s appointment, have their prescriptions filled, know the signs and conditions that would suggest a visit to their family doctor or the emergency department, we could then reduce readmission.

Carolina East Medical Center located in picturesque New Bern, North Carolina is a 350 bed, full service facility housing a complete compliment of inpatient and outpatient services. In addition to comfortable medical/surgical areas, the medical center has dedicated units for heart care, critical care, intensive care, women's care, pediatric care, orthopedic care, surgical care and cancer care.

Seton Medical Center Hays is one of the youngest hospitals in Seton's family. When Seton Medical Center Hays opened in October of 2009, Hays County, the third fastest-growing county in Texas, had only one community hospital. Approximately 60% of Hays residents traveled to Austin or San Antonio for medical care. Surveys consistently showed residents' desire not to travel outside of their county for medical attention. Mariners Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital, is the only hospital serving the Upper Florida Keys, a geographic area south of Miami that stretches for 37 miles across islands and water. The not-for-profit hospital has been a community resource since 1962 when it opened as a 9-bed facility.
