The measures are represented in four different Domains; Clinical Care, Patient Experience of Care (HCAHPS), Efficiency and Cost Reduction, and Patient Safety. The diagnosis-related groups (DRG) base operating payments remained the same from FY 2017 to FY 2018 at 2.00 percent, where it is expected to remain in succeeding years.
