Over the past twelve years with Studer Group, Penelope Elebash has worked with hundreds of organizations hardwiring accountability processes that help sustain results. Through commitment to the Evidence-Based LeadershipSM framework, in particular leader accountability, Penelope leads Studer Group's Next Level Partnership team, spending time in the field to ensure partnerships meet the results of today and the future.

In her time as a coach specialist, Penelope has worked with a wide range of organizations as an expert in accelerating Evidence-Based Leadership through leader accountability. Her experience ranges from critical access hospitals to large health systems. She specializes in cascading, weighting and aligning metrics for the nearly 80,000 leaders that utilize the Leader Evaluation Manager®. In her previous role leading the Software Accelerator Team, she focused on delivery of Studer Group software solutions and partnering with organizations to ensure maximized utilization of the accountability process. Because voice of customer is imperative to best serve our partner needs today and in the future, Penelope established and managed Advisory Councils for each software solution to further drive innovation. Penelope has worked closely with Studer Group partners on the impact care transition calls have on preventable readmissions and HCAHPS. In addition, Penelope has partnered with organizations to drive physician alignment through Studer Group's Provider Feedback SystemSM. Because of her years of work in the field with our partner organizations and internally driving operational processes, Penelope also serves as the executive leader for onboarding Studer Group experts.
