Studer Group achieved Gold in the Best Advance Custom Content category and Bronze in the Best Use of Blended Learning category. Studer Group’s gold-winning entry was in the category of Best Advance in Custom Content, for self-paced, custom-designed online courses related to workplace learning. Studer Group’s winning submission, “Nurse Leader Rounding: What and How,” an e-learning module, was created to teach and validate the specific steps in Nurse Leader Rounding.
The bronze-winning entry was in the category of Best Use of Blended Learning, for written descriptions of a workplace-learning program using two or more delivery methods and combining traditional instructor-led training (ILT) with a mix of computer-based activities. Studer Group’s winning submission, “Nurse Leader Rounding Revised Checklist and Usage,” a program for teaching and learning Nurse Leader Rounding, includes a competency checklist, in-person training by Studer Group coaches, and a simulator in which the learner is a nurse leader conducting rounds for the day.
