Create A High Performance Culture
I am happy to announce, that this month Studer Group resumes its publication Hardwired Results, which first debuted in 2004. The focus of this issue is how to create a high performance culture.
When we surveyed more than 600 leaders last August before they attended Studer Group's two-day Institute in Chicago, we asked them what they most wanted to get out of the experience. One of the answers we heard most—in fact, it was in the top three—was "tools to enhance employee motivation and buy-in."
The current environment has created a burning platform for change. And when one has a solution to a problem that is causing pain, they have a human responsibility to act and do so with urgency.
When organizations get engagement right, other key things fall into place. Employees embrace new tactics because they understand the "why" behind them and their values won't let them not do so. They hold themselves accountable. They provide better patient experiences and, yes, get better clinical results.
When we make sure leaders have the skills necessary to make all this happen, we go a long way toward creating cultures of high performance.
Having coached hundreds of organizations over the past decade, Studer Group knows what works to hardwire an engaged culture for strong performance. That's the focus of this issue of Hardwired Results. It's incredible what organizations can accomplish when their team feels a deep sense of purpose, worthwhile work, and making a difference.
Yours in service,
Quint Studer
